Introduction to Earned Value Management

This in-person course has been designed by our industry experts and will take learners through the theory of Earned Value Management throughout a projects lifecycle. EVM is a widely adopted project management tool that helps organizations effectively monitor and control project performance, it can be overcomplicated but our expert trainer will work with learners to clarify this topic.

The course will be delivered by one of our ECITB approved trainers in a day. The day will include teaching, in-classroom exercises, discussions, and a final exercise. The outputs of this exercise will be presented to the trainer and feedback on this work will be given.
