Introduction to Budgeting and Cost Control

This in-person course has been designed by our industry experts and will take learners through an overview of Budgeting and Cost Control. An industry expert will explain the basics of Budgeting, why we do it and how it works. The module will include hands on elements such as how to accurately create budgets from a Cost Estimate and much more!

The course will be delivered by one of our ECITB approved trainers in a day. The day will include teaching, in-classroom exercises, discussions, and a final exercise. The outputs of this exercise will be presented to the trainer and feedback on this work will be given.
