Introduction to Change Control and Baseline Management

This in-person course has been designed by our industry experts and will take learners through an overview of a Change Control and Baseline Management. The course will breakdown Change Management, its purpose and the process to undertake it successfully. Learners will also cover Configuration Management and then what Contingency is and how it should be managed through a project.

The course will be delivered by one of our ECITB approved trainers in a day. The session will include; teaching, in-classroom exercises, discussions, a final exercise the outputs of which will be presented to the trainer and feedback which will be delivered by the presenter.

    • Exercise – Carry out the change process once a risk impacts on a Mock Project. This will include; optioneering and presenting options to a change board and then implementing the chosen option into Project Documents.
