Introduction to Quantitative Risk Analysis

This in-person course has been designed by our industry experts and will take learners through an overview of QRA. This course will breakdown required inputs for a QRA, being able to prepare them in the correct manner and then how to run them through QSRA and QCRA to gain accurate results. This course is great for all across the PMO, clearly it will help those who will be running QRA but also those team members who provide inputs as it gives them understanding of what is required and why.

The course will be delivered by one of our ECITB approved trainers in a day. The day will include; teaching, in-classroom exercises, discussions, a final exercise the outputs of which will be presented to the trainer and feedback which will be delivered by the presenter.
