Introduction to Project Close Out

This in-person course has been designed by our industry experts and will take learners through an overview of a Project Close Out. Starting from the basics explaining what a project close out is and how they should be run effectively to make sure lessons learnt are captured and Knowledge gained is managed well to benefit future projects.

The course will be delivered by one of our ECITB approved trainers in a day. The day will include teaching, in-classroom exercises, discussions, and a final exercise. The outputs of this exercise will be presented to the trainer and feedback on this work will be given.
